We specialize in global M&A consolidations requiring cross-border tax and integration solutions — transactions that demand both sophistication and decisiveness. We act as principals or GPs; not passive observers.
We do not manage outside capital. We co-invest selectively with aligned family offices and accredited partners on an LP basis.
