Our founder, Amar Bahadoorsingh, is a serial entrepreneur, private equity investor and impact philanthropist. In the last two decades he established a number of businesses in real estate, consumer products, energy, manufacturing, private equity, technology and the telecommunications sectors.
His international background is the reason for an eclectic and innovative entrepreneurial vision as CEO of his own group of companies under the umbrella Sirius Private Equity.
Being a pioneer in change, he designed the corporate strategy of his group by implementing global expansion, strategic partnerships and by constantly enriching his portfolio through complementary investments via
M & A transactions.
In 2022, he established his family office in Europe, enabling him to access of the most strategic and innovative and forward thinking investment companies in the world.
The principals have been founders and directors of a multitude of global businesses focusing on manufacturing, finance, technology and the telecommunications sectors. We focus on the development, funding and growth of businesses.
